  1. Modifying the execute and runCohortMethod function for onTreatmentWithBlankingPeriod : In some databases, onTreatmentWithBlankingPeriod analysis cannot work. So I added onTreatmentWithBlankingPeriod in execute function to let researchers choose to run this analysis or not.

  2. Delete country argument from the package
