I wonder if we should stop adding libraries to the Bindings section, and even distribute what it is currently there. I think it's a better categorization for the user, whether it is a binding can be indicated in the description line, as you've done.
Most of the current Bindings section could be put in an "Interfacing to Other Languages" section. They are indeed the leftovers of this discussion: #58.

For example: ada-intl could go to https://github.com/ohenley/awesome-ada#localization ada-libmagic could go to https://github.com/ohenley/awesome-ada#format-readers-and-writers maybe after renaming it to "Format Readers, Writers and Checkers", or open a new "MIME and file types" section together with uri-ada.
