Add VSCode Extensions section with pointers to my extensions. #33

I've added my 2 VSCode extensions into a new section, I would also suggest changing the "text modes" to "other" and have editor specific sections and I also suggest changing the other "ada-vscode" to another name, as his is just called "ada."
