@Lucretia. Ok, in light of mosteo's take on the cmake subject, I think we should skip adding rclada_common as a cmake ressource or even a standalone ressource. Do not hesitate to reopen if you disagree, it's just I have to cut somewhere in regard to the 'list vision' I try to share. I am trying to be dumb explicit in presenting the content so new comers feel 'evidently' welcomed. IMO, this one's 'meaning' is too ballpark for now.

Also, I took the opportunity to add mgrojo finding to this PR.

Therefore I will merge and again, we can revive this anytime. I am always open to discuss things further.
