This adds a number of Ada libraries that I've written. I didn't quite know what section to put some of them in, so I'll update the patch if you'd prefer I rearrange them.

Unfortunately they lock down their supported git forges to a few centralized sites and they didn't have any documentation on how to publish using a plain source tarball last time I checked. Been meaning to dig through the alr code to figure out how to do it…
