Squads are stupid, I'm going to call them teams.

~teamcreate <team name>
Create a team; access required = bot master

~teamleader <team name> <account>
Assign an account as a team leader; access required = bot master

~teamadd <team name> <account>
Add a user to a team; access required = team leader

~teamremove <team name> <account>
Remove a user from a team; access required = team leader

~team
Access requirerd = recruit

~team listall
List all teams/leaders

~team list
Get the teams the user is currently in

~team members <team name>
Display all accounts in the team
