First of all, what's the point?

Second of all: If you log in and the default join channel is restricted, you 
obviously can't join it no 
matter what, so it will try to join continuously with "forcing entry" without 
the use of flood 
protection and it will kick you off.

The point is that it lets you join channel Warez. It's still a bug though; it 
needs
to be changed so it only attempts to "force entry" by sending the "create 
channel"
packet once.
