Automine no longer on 5 #43

Apparently some hacks no longer place their automine actions on 5 due to it
being easy to detect. I played a person 3 times and it only detected them
once (presumably due to multi command hack). There split was the same form
as automine except except now all on 15.

Good catch! However, this will be just as easy to detect as all the actions are 
done 
at the exact same iteration and in an exact sequence.

The new version (2.70) detects the delayed autogather/automine.
