"New at..." with a non-english sc-bw #70

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
just imprinting pants on lobby with a non-english scbw

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Open/Closed slots are not "new players"
so i expect "1 'clean'/'hacker at slot' sound" when i play 1v1 on melee on
an 8 players map, instead of 1 clean and "6 new player sound" (six
closed/open slots)

(Open, Closed -> Abierto, Cerrado in spanish)

Please provide any additional information below.
english->spanish
Open -> Abierta
Closed -> Cerrada
Computer -> Ordenador

sorry for my bad english and ty.

I will correct this. Meanwhile you can disable record checker on the Player
checker tab
if you'd like to.

Hi!

I already fixed this. The solution will be included in the next version.
Quoting from
the Version History wiki page:

Added a new setting on the Player checker tab: *Ignore the following names*.
Names
enumerated here will be completely ignored (no hacker or record check). By
default
this contains 3 trivial names: _"Open, Closed, Computer"_. But the thing is on
non-
English Starcraft these words are different. So non-English Starcraft users can
easily adjust this to their words. For example in Spanish change this to:
_"Abierta,
Cerrado, Ordenador"_.

3.20 has been released. It has a setting to change ignored names.
