The settings are not saved

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. close and start the agent
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Each time i start the agent, i get "first time starting the agent" message,
and all settings i configured previously are lost.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Main version: 3.20 2010-02-01  
Sub-versions:  Scan engine: 1.46  
Player matcher algorithm: 1.00  
EAPM algorithm: 1.01  

Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
Running the agent as administrator doesn't help.
Running the executable itself (not using links) doesn't help.

Settings are only saved on exit. So be sure after you set all your settings you 
exit 
the Agent normally (click on the window close X icon or press alt+f4).

Interesting... I was having this same issue on my Mac if I Cmd-Q or Quit from 
the
menu. But, clicking the window close button actually saved...

... so maybe a tiny defect in that it's not catching the exit always?

Yes. If you close the Agent from the terminal, the operating system will 
immediatelly 
close it and not send it a quit signal. In this case BWHF Agent is not notified 
that it 
will be shut down therefore it can't save settings.
