Pause button #69

When uploading lot of files it is convenient sometimes to be able to stop upload
for some time to resume later.

Right now we  only have CANCEL button during upload. It would be nice to add 
PAUSE.

This is not possible using HTTP. It has connection timeout and does not support 
resuming upload.
Only way it is possible over HTTP - cancel uploading current file and start 
uploading 
it from beginning on resume.

yes, current file upload will be cancelled and when resume is pressed
it will start loading it again.

Confirmation Yes/No dialog should be shown to user, warning about this.
