curl/types.h Doesn't exist in curl 7.24.0 #9

Biltong, an archlinux user found a patch, i can confirm the issue and the 
workaround too.

"url/types.h does not exist anymore, from what I understand it was moved into 
curl/curl.h which is already included so all you have to do is remove the 
include. "
