Using pdb_print_ctypes.py gives TypeError #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use ntdll.pdb from the Windows XP SP3 Symbols
2. python pdb_print_ctypes.py ~/Documents/VirtualBox\ share/ntdll.pdb

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- Expected result is struct information.

- Actual result:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

- Using the latest version from Subversion on April 8th 2014 on Ubuntu 13.10.

This was easily fixed by using the --width=4 option.
