Info for yall #4

I dont know if anyone recognizes the name, but im Prometheus

anyhow i thought i'd come on here and share what little info i have

first off, thing i noticed first is on selects, the first byte, which yall
mark as simply "flags" that is actually for when people have multiple unit
types selected and they tab between them
ie. tab to first type gets a 00, tab to second type gets a 01, etc

also, on hotkeys, the 1st byte actually seems to be a bit field giving
flags, which at first seemed convoluted but i think i have figured out, ill
get back to yall with more solid info
