The white fence at the entrance of the property has green grass mold. You might want to work this task in two stages.
Stage 1 - prepare a spray bottle of water and bleach. Spray the fence and let it soak. Consider working on something else or coming back another day before mover to stage 2. This will give the bleach time to work.
Stage 2 - prepare a 5 gallon bucket with soap and water, rages and brushes similar to what you would need to wash a car. Scrub the entire surface of the fence making sure to remove any remaining green stuff.
