Dear Developers,

We are running GRiD under RHEL 7.2 and UGE (Univa Grid Engine). The command is:

grid multiplex -r $inputDir/$BN -d . -p -m -c 0.2 -o $outputDir/$BN -n 4

and the error produced is:

Error file: rm: cannot remove ‘.checkedR’: No such file or directory

Please let us know what the problem might be with. Thank you!
