Describe the bug

so I'm trying to run message_user.py an example bot file and whenever I choose message fro CVS after 2 -4 message I get an error saying

feedback_required b This action was blocked. Please try again later. We restrict certain content and actions to protect our community. Tell us if you think we made a mistake.'

but when I send a message manually to a new user it inside the Instagram app ... the message is being delivered without any error

We did a quick check and this issue looks very darn similar to
