[QUESTION] How can I install it? #1434

Hello, how are you guys? I'm new at Python and I'm trying to install it but I can't. I did the command (pip install -U instabot) and it works. But I don't know how to start it, put my credentials or stuff like that.

I just want to use the WELCOME MESSAGE feature. Can you help me? Right now, I'm using the PyCharm. Thanks.
