FR: Filter currently configured plugins #9

I propose a feature to help find which plugins are currently configured to be lazy-loaded. A toggle button at the very top of the config page, which when toggled on, will show only the plugins in the list which have set a number other than zero.

This would enable for finding those plugins in an otherwise (for me) very long list of plugins, for easier debugging and reconfiguring purposes.

This would be great, along with a search bar to search through the plugins within this plugin.
