broken back button for dashboard page link #224

This is on mdev.

If I click "Share or Delete Responses" from the main page (dashboard), I am linked to the Responses tab correctly. Then when I click the back button, I am not sent back to the main page.

This is hard to fix due to the GWT history token manager.

Verifying that this is fixed on 2.11.
