audit/read Misses URI #227

We spoke about this in the meeting, but it appears that the URI for some requests is not being displayed in the audit log table on the front end. I used Firebug to check what was being returned, and it all seemed to be there, so I am under the impression that it is a front end issue not a back end one.

Appended several missing URIs to the referenced commit.

Also, we're missing /app/registration/* documentation on the server wiki. When that is updated, I will update the frontend as well.
