document create returns error message #260

Creating a document returns an error message "There was a problem creating the document" but if you browse back to the document list, it has been uploaded properly.

Hey @joshuaselsky, can I bump this? I've tested and these actions occur on chrome (latest, 24.0.1312.56) and safari. The document does indeed upload, but the error message would make anyone assume that it's not working!

Fix has been deployed on otest and odev. @stevenolen can you verify and close this?

just verified in a few browsers. problem is fixed. thanks @joshuaselsky!
