Active & Running campaigns counters don't refresh on IE9 when switching back to Dashboard #269

I was logged in as an admin then stopped 1 campaign. Active and Running campaigns counters didn't refresh on IE9. I had to manually refresh the dashboard page just to have the actual number. All other browsers did refresh after switching back to Dashboard page.
