otest not loading on ie10 #277

For some reason the front-end doesn't load in ie10 on otest. It does work on lausd though. Very strange.

Is John's ROOT.war present in both places?

There were two different versions. An old version was on lausd; a newer version was on otest. I just replaced the older version on lausd with the newer version from otest. @jeroenooms Can you retest?

Yes it seems OK now.
