Audio file doesn't show up on the Response List #298

After successfully uploading my audio response (Audio Testing-test.ohmage.org), the audio file didn't show up in the Responses List (see image). I got the error on FF, IE, and Chrome, and I'm using a desktop windows 7.

This is a known issue for both audio and video prompts. They were just never added to the front end.

responses with video prompts actually show a response with the uuid of the video as the value of the video prompt. Audio prompts don't appear in the list at all. They should be changed to work the same way as video prompts for now.
