In order to support a "columns" parameter (e.g., omh/read and survey_response/read), investigate adding support for a JSONPath-like query language to Jackson.

This was never a specific issue for ohmage, but it is one in Open mHealth, which already has this issue. Given that 3.0 will be based on Open mHealth, I am going to close this issue.
