list of ohmlets in returned from user/current should include the ones you own #814

This issue allows for two use cases:

  1. The user is the ohmlet creator and the only member (self-experimentation use case).
  2. The user is a research assistant and needs to test the mobile apps without having to add themselves to an ohmlet as a member.

Both the people/ and people//current API calls return references for ohmlets owned by the given user.
