In order to maintain backwards compatibility with ohmlet read functionality, the current ohmlet definitions contain versions for both streams and surveys. It is no longer allowed to set stream and survey versions (i.e., to "lock" the surveys or streams used in an ohmlet) and the versions should just be removed.
