This PR removes support for 10.15 on CI.
This is because since the 6th of May 2023, we saw that the runners are not starting anymore, while the deprecation should start to be rolled out on 31/05/2023. This was blocking merges for the project.
10.15 is not mentioned anymore on the supported GitHub virtual environments since the 2nd of May, so remove it now.
