This PR fixes a bug where the solder mask was still apparent on produced PCB despite the Keepout Zone.
First, the Keepout Zone was missing a *.Mask layer.
But furthermore, solder mask has an inverted logic, so it is needed to be added to the gerber for it to be removed in production.
On top of that, checkers were not showing layers properly and it looked like the solder mask was proper.
This has been checked, layer by layer, using the KiCad gerber tool for individual layers.
The min thickness value has been lowered a bit to make the copper layer follow more precisely fine details of the design. The 0.127mm value is supported by JLCPCB.
