Euca 3.3.0 - Eucalyptus provider rebase to AWS EC2 provider #19

Eucalyptus 3.3.0 supports resource tagging, so Eucalyptus provider was rebased to latest cloud_aws implementation. The minimal differences also allowed complete re-use of cloud_aws InstanceStarter as well.
