Eucalyptus over AWS provider #41

Eucalyptus 3.4.2 provides EC2 compatibility on the level that we can just reuse the existing AWS EC2 provider. After this change, Eucalyptus provider is a mere override for the connection methods to divert access towards Eucalyptus endpoints.
