ISSUE: Mirror files from other repositories #102

This file is mirror from upstream and it's expected to be in sync in oh-my-bash.

What are our options to make this automatically synced?

git submodule and adapt install.sh?

using wget/curl and make update function for these files locally?

bump priority to P1 since this is issue that affects all files that are expected to be synced from upstream.
