No tab title on GNOME Console app #451

Although it works (almost) fine on GNOME Terminal, it cannot set tabs/windows titles when running in Console.

Here is what I've checked so far:

GNOME Terminal: Title is correctly updated, but remains after a command exits (e.g.: htop)
GNOME Console: Title isn't even updated
Kitty: works properly
