plasmid proteins: example data #2

I need example data for this, .tsv and/or .csv is ok. What I want is something like

protein id ref id organism length location
JG237GF AH54452 E coli  432 9743
HBGS543 KV99S1  Pyrococcus furiosus 953 132

with whatever columns you might find useful/relevant

@eparejatobes I've just finished the first examples, see the folder e-coli-ty2482. I'd like to do the same with the complete chromosome and the other plasmids. Let me know if the format and selected fields are OK and I do the rest. There's quite a lot of manual work in this so I'd like to be sure this is Ok
