Include annotations #89

Needs https://github.com/ohnosequences/api.rnacentral/issues/6 and related issues.

It doesn't strictly need those issues; we can simply drop sequences and the corresponding annotations (SILVA and others which are not open) and use the api.rnacentral code for writing them to a (fasta, csv) pair of files.
