Currently both the sequences that don't have BLAST hits and those that do, but are filtered afterwards (qcovs & pident thresholds) are saved in no-hits FASTA files. So for the latter ones we just through away the BLAST results which in some cases could be useful to rerun the filter with different threshold.

we should distinguish sequences with no hits and the hits that don't pass the filter
there should be an easy way to rerun the filter on the latter ones
same about rerunning BLAST with different parameters on the former ones

I like https://github.com/ohnosequences/mg7/issues/130#issue-242943320; this issue should focus on simply producing separate output for each case, though.
