Update to the next release of Loquat #39

I'm going to release Loquat with an important fix (https://github.com/ohnosequences/loquat/pull/56) and a structural change (https://github.com/ohnosequences/loquat/issues/58), which will allow to simplify the pipelines code (less boilerplate).

LGTM. Things regarding new version of loquat seem to work fine, so I'm merging this. Once loquat M8 is released, I'll update the dependency to stable.
