Change how BBH works #45

Now it first takes the hit with maximum score, then it tries to look it up in the DB. As @rtobes says, it's better to have some result, than nothing (as we have a threshold for the Blast scrore), so it should

first try to map the hits to the DB
then take the best score hit

If all things in the DB have mapping to TaxID, then it doesn't make difference.
