Add a percentage suffix to percentage frequency headers in output #76

Ok, but I didn't get from https://github.com/era7bio/mg7-test/pull/42#issuecomment-222424948: percentage or % suffix? OK, "the word".

@rtobes could you tell me the desirable naming of the headers?

Also if you want to change any other headers, tell me, please.

I'm merging this with the -frequency-percentage suffix. If you want to change any headers, we can do it in the next release.
