Add placeholder mob & actionbar support #14

This adds the option to enable a placeholder mob, a baby zombie with the player's equipment & head, when going into spectator mode.

when i renamed the branch it closed your pull request. would it be possible for you to reopen it on the new dev branch?

edit: nevermind, figured it out
