Summary

Our new normalization procedure should recapitulate expected treatment differences with respect to clonality, abundance, and other diversity measure of TCR repertoires. In addition, biological replicates should be more similar post-normalization

Significance

Not only do we need to confirm that this normalization strategy is better than our original, we will also need to compare different iterations of this model.

To Do

Need an implementable model first in order to compare results!
