Expected Reads for Given Spike #3

Summary

We can't determine the exact amount of expected reads for a given V-J combination in the absence of all others, but can get an estimate by using the median or 3rd quartile of spike percents across a batch.

Significance

We need expected values for each spike in order to incorporate into our normalization model.

  1. Convert Significance portion to milestone
  2. Come up with a way to do this
    • using existing data or
    • what new data do we need to create to figure this out?
