Homepage is down #214

The homepage give connection refused error since sometime during 2024-07-18. Based on Gentoo packaging test results available to me, it seemed to be still up around 05:00 CEST (UTC+2), and was already down at 08:38 CEST.

Is there anything I may be able to help with?
