In compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have to have written prior consent to publish personal data on our website, especially for personal profiles. One needs to keep track of these consent forms at a place outside the website.

Good idea. IMHO, the OIB data protection "helper" can certainly do this; what do you think?

Yes. I will talk to Christopher about this matter. I suppose he should keep all the forms and some digital file accessible to those concerned with the website.
