Documentation upgrade #455

We are planning to overhaul and upgrade the documentation for Djerba, including docs for individual plugins and utility classes.

Documentation is on ReadTheDocs: https://djerba.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

Target date for completion is 2024-10-31.
