IS-84 Cleaned up among our scope definitions #85

Removed authInfo scope which wasn't general enough to fit in the spec.

Renamed naturalPersonName to naturalPersonInfo and added birthdate.

Cleaned up naturalPersonNumber scope to only contain "personnummer" and "samordningsnummer"

Also, for each defined scope a claims parameter equivalent is displayed.

Closes #84
