• Refactors logging to allow for unit testing.
• Adds unit tests for logging.
• Updates Composer dependencies to the latest versions.
• Changes GitHub Actions unit testing to reduce failures.
• Updates Dev Container to be less noisy and remove false positive errors during startup.
