Support for multiple rpi #23

Hi,

I'm using centralised monitor for my rpi-s and with remote write I write all of my metrics to a remote prometheus. In the prometheus.yaml I have added hostname label for each scraping endpoint this I can identify from which rpi the metrics are coming from. In the dashboard I have added variable variables and temples to be able to handle all the host.

I'm happy to submit a PR to enhance this project.
