Fix #12 - Update copy of Bookmark Multiple Tabs library #13

Resolves #12.

This updates TST's copy of Bookmark Multiple Tabs library to the latest revision available upstream. Related problems such as blank New Folder, New Bookmark, and Bookmark Properties seem to be fixed also.
